Nicole is an accomplished Registered Nurse with two decades of experience across the private and public sectors.  She has led the assessment and treatment of critically ill patients within Intensive Care alongside a wide range of nursing specialities.

Having provided general nursing, working across fields including high dependency, surgical, urology and outpatients, covering both medical and traumatic injuries and conditions, Nicole has significant supervisory experience. As a practice development nurse, she has led a wide variety of training and education activity, on subjects including basic and immediate life support, tracheostomy care, suctioning and PEG/NG feeding. As a district response nurse attached to a GP practice, Nicole has assessed and signposted to appropriate care providers to minimise hospital admissions.

Currently, Nicole works as a clinical lead within a complex care agency. Implementing new care packages for individuals with significant needs including brain injury, spinal injury, amputation and neurological conditions. Nicole is responsible for completing care plans, risk assessments and the auditing of care packages which can include tracheostomy care, ventilation and catheterisation. She also provides training to support workers and nursing teams to maintain training and development, including safeguarding. She has worked within end-of-life care packages and has provided palliative care.

As a TG Associate Nicole leverages her wealth of clinical expertise to provide thorough, accurate and insightful Care reports which includes necessary aids and equipment.

Bethany is an experienced senior clinical Nurse who has worked in both the NHS and private hospitals for over 30 years.

Such experience includes being fully proficient with both quality and regulatory structures throughout clinical areas including ICU, renal transplants, theatre recovery and anaesthetic pre-assessment wards.

She prepares reports for claimants and defendants and as a single joint expert in liability cases, relating to standards of nursing and care, acceptable practice and risk management.
