Care, Aids and Equipment Reports

All our Care, Aids and Equipment reports have an unsurpassed level of quality and contain detailed information regarding the past, present and future care requirements of the claimant.

Liability reports

Our clinical associates have extensive experience and a thorough understanding of care bodies including the NHS, Social Services, and the Prison Service and will review the key evidence to opine whether a breach of duty has occurred.

Loss of Service Reports

Where a person has responsibility for the care and support of others, their accidental death or severe impairment may result in the need for alternative systems of care to be provided for their family or dependents.

Immediate Needs Assessments

Whether instructed on a single or joint basis, we will provide a prompt Immediate Needs Assessment report detailing the needs of the claimant, their goals, and any expected outcomes.

Upon receipt of enquiry, our team will offer CVs, timescales and costs of the most appropriate experts from our nationwide network of associates for you to choose from.

All reports are CPR compliant and compiled following an extensive review of the evidence and information presented and once finalised, our expert witness reports are subject to a rigorous quality control process prior to being presented to the instructing party.

Bethany Bishop

RN

Bethany is an experienced senior clinical Nurse who has worked in both the NHS and private hospitals for over 30 years.

Such experience includes being fully proficient with both quality and regulatory structures throughout clinical areas including ICU, renal transplants, theatre recovery and anaesthetic pre-assessment wards.

She prepares reports for claimants and defendants and as a single joint expert in liability cases, relating to standards of nursing and care, acceptable practice and risk management.
