Established in 1987, Tessa Gough Associates was founded by expert nurse, Tessa Gough.

For over 30 years our nationwide network of associates have provided unrivalled quality assessment, which is why we are repeatedly instructed from those who value our expertise.

Our associates are hand selected following a rigorous recruitment and training process and once established as a member of our network, continue to receive regular training days, associate days and CPD opportunities. 

We have ambitious plans for our company, as well as investing in the depth and experience of our associates we look to expand our reach within the market, increasing our customer base while continuing to provide the same great quality service we are renowned for. 

Tessa Gough

RN

A very experienced Expert Witness well versed in the provision of Care/Occupational Therapy reports for claimants who have sustained a catastrophic injury.

Tessa has given evidence in Court on numerous occasions, and her experience extends to case management of adults and children with disabilities such as acquired brain injury, cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury, amputations etc.

Tessa has prepared reports on injured claimants in several different countries, having acquired knowledge of the care infrastructure within such locations.

Kim Morris

Clinical Operations Director

Kim is the Clinical Operations Director for the company.

Kim has worked with Tessa Gough & Associates for the past 14 years, rising through the ranks to her current position.

She has a detailed knowledge of the litigation process, supports the business by ensuring best practice and manages the team of Associates and staff on a day to day basis.

Her role is to help ensure the company growth continues whilst maintaining the company’s heritage and excellent reputation, offering  first-class client service for which Tessa Gough & Associates is known.

Andrew Moss

Operations Director

Prior to joining Tessa Gough & Associates, Andy worked for a number of years in  various roles in respect of accident claims, as well  with notable brands and care providers, including the NHS.  Andy strongly believes investing in people is key to exceptional service delivery and the success of any business. He is an outgoing, confident leader who values people and enjoys building relationships both internally with his team and externally with clients and customers alike, both in relation to operational management and handling large value personal injury claims.

As part of his role here with Tessa Gough & Associates, Andy is responsible for operational delivery, taking the lead with enquiries and new instructions whilst demonstrating our strategic growth of all our services.

Natalie Fraser

RN

Natalie prepares reports for claimants and defendants and as a single joint expert for both Quantum and Liability, relating to standards of nursing care, acceptable practice and risk management.

Natalie is an experienced expert witness who has given evidence in Court. She has extensive experience of case management and devising lifestyle plans aimed at maximising both the recovery and rehabilitation of the injured party.

Natalie is often instructed on catastrophic injury cases which may involve acquired brain injury, challenging behaviour, general orthopaedics , spinal cord injury or amputations. She has experience in implementing and managing support for the catastrophically injured with extended knowledge of  the NHS and supporting statutory bodies.

Natalie has experience as an orthopaedic nurse, as manager of an endoscopy suite and Ward Manager in the independent sector.

Bethany Bishop

Bethany is an experienced senior clinical Nurse who has worked in both the NHS and private hospitals for over 30 years.

Such experience includes being fully proficient with both quality and regulatory structures throughout clinical areas including ICU, renal transplants, theatre recovery and anaesthetic pre-assessment wards.

She prepares reports for claimants and defendants and as a single joint expert in liability cases, relating to standards of nursing and care, acceptable practice and risk management.
