Caroline is a senior nursing professional with four decades of experience across a wide range of primary care disciplines. Currently practising as a General Practice Nurse (GPN), responsible for delivering a broad variety of care to a diverse client population. In her previous role as Clinical Lead Nurse for Principal Medical Hospital at Home Service, based in Banbury, Oxfordshire, Caroline established, trained and managed a high-performing community nursing team. During this time, she provided care for patients both at home and those discharged into the community with complex needs, following acute illness and trauma, including end of life care. She also facilitated hospital discharges. She has extensive experience in tissue viability, reproductive and sexual health and the treatment of long-term conditions, such as diabetes, respiratory and cardiovascular conditions.

With over nine years’ experience as a TG Associate, Caroline provides Care, Aids and Equipment Reports as well as Liability Reports for both claimants and defendants. She is frequently instructed on cases involving multiple complex injuries.

Bethany Bishop

Bethany is an experienced senior clinical Nurse who has worked in both the NHS and private hospitals for over 30 years.

Such experience includes being fully proficient with both quality and regulatory structures throughout clinical areas including ICU, renal transplants, theatre recovery and anaesthetic pre-assessment wards.

She prepares reports for claimants and defendants and as a single joint expert in liability cases, relating to standards of nursing and care, acceptable practice and risk management.
