Danielle Taylor

Danielle is a dedicated Senior Nursing Professional with over a decade of diverse experience. She currently operates as a Continuing Care Nurse Specialist and is an expert in the assessment and treatment of children and young people with highly complex needs including presenting cases for continuing care funding. Having worked on paediatric wards, Danielle can assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care for children from birth to 18 years. She is involved in multi-disciplinary team meetings, including the provision of future care needs. She has completed specialist training involving airway and breathing management techniques, enteral feeding devices, tracheostomy care, long term and non-invasive ventilation, tissue viability and pressure sore prevention, seizure management and End of Life care.

With significant community experience, advising in school, hospice and local authority settings, Danielle provides advice, training and support to palliative care services, social care services, health professionals and families, in relation to children and young people’s ongoing care needs across a holistic range of relevant disciplines. She has contributed to the creation of policies and protocols implemented across London for children and young people with complex needs.

As a TG Associate, Danielle provides both Care, Aids and Equipment and Liability Reports for both claimants and defendants, reporting on standards of nursing and care, acceptable practice and risk management.

Bethany Bishop

RN

Bethany is an experienced senior clinical Nurse who has worked in both the NHS and private hospitals for over 30 years.

Such experience includes being fully proficient with both quality and regulatory structures throughout clinical areas including ICU, renal transplants, theatre recovery and anaesthetic pre-assessment wards.

She prepares reports for claimants and defendants and as a single joint expert in liability cases, relating to standards of nursing and care, acceptable practice and risk management.
