As a TG Associate, Fran undertakes Liability and Short Form reports, relating to standards of nursing and care, breach of duty, acceptable practice, and risk management, for both claimants and defendants.

Fran’ s career has included varied nursing practice areas both acute and primary care with leadership and service management development. She has experience undertaking Liability and Short Form reports, covering topics such tissue viability, pressure care areas including leg ulcer management and in chronic long-term conditions, such as Asthma and Diabetes, heart failure, hypertension and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary disease.

She has led and managed in service development in different health and social care areas. As a clinician and a manager her practise has embraced issues related to vulnerability, service management, policy development, as well as being a facilitator / trainer in promotion of many best practice clinical skills and clinical education towards all social and health care professionals .
