Gillian is a senior nursing professional with over 25 years of experience within the NHS. Throughout her career, she has conducted rigorous healthcare assessments for adults with a broad range of complex needs, including epilepsy, brain injury, cognitive impairment and a full range of physical disabilities.
Gillian brings a depth of expertise in acute and chronic psychotic illness, bipolar disorder, personality disorder, challenging behaviour, learning disability, depression and brain injury related mental health issues. She is adept in devising lifestyle plans and possesses a comprehensive understanding of the aids and equipment requirements in the seriously injured. She is also equipped with a rigorous knowledge of the NHS, social service provision and other agencies involved in rehabilitation and care in the community.
As a TG Associate, Gillian has almost a decade of experience providing Care and Liability reports for both claimants and defendants as well as on joint instructions, reporting on standards of nursing and care, acceptable practice and risk management.
