Joanne Clarke

RGN (MSc, BSc, DipHE)

Joanne is an advanced respiratory practitioner and nursing professional with almost two decades of experience within clinical and community settings. She is adept in delivering patient assessments and leading the planning, delivery and evaluation of holistic, evidence-based care for complex respiratory conditions, including mesothelioma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Joanne manages the hospital at home service, providing advice to patients with long term respiratory chronic conditions whilst utilising a multi-disciplinary team approach to maintain care at home.

Amongst other clinical roles, Joanne oversees respiratory clinics and provides training and education on respiratory management to patients, families, carers and medical professionals. Joanne also has seven years of cardiac nursing experience.

As a TG Associate, Joanne leverages her wealth of clinical expertise to provide thorough, accurate and insightful reports for both Breach of Duty and Care which includes necessary aids and equipment. She is fully trained in Civil Procedure Rules and diligently maintains her continuing professional development.

Bethany Bishop

RN

Bethany is an experienced senior clinical Nurse who has worked in both the NHS and private hospitals for over 30 years.

Such experience includes being fully proficient with both quality and regulatory structures throughout clinical areas including ICU, renal transplants, theatre recovery and anaesthetic pre-assessment wards.

She prepares reports for claimants and defendants and as a single joint expert in liability cases, relating to standards of nursing and care, acceptable practice and risk management.
