Joel is a highly skilled, successful nurse with diverse experience across a range of clinical, community and at home settings. Having been instructed on high value cases including cerebral palsy, acquired brain injuries, orthopaedic and spinal conditions as well as the care of amputees, Joel has extensive experience in assessing care needs to also include aids and equipment.

During his career he has also worked within neonatal and general paediatric intensive care including Great Ormond Street Hospital for sick children, gaining experience in a wide range of complex paediatric illnesses along with management of complex feeding/ventilation and pain management regimes.

Bringing extensive knowledge of post-operative nursing following a comprehensive range of surgeries, Joel is also proficient in in-patient assessment, care prioritisation, catheterisation, intravenous access and escalating deteriorating cases as appropriate.

Skilled in providing comprehensive community support to individuals with complex conditions, involving medication administration, hygiene care, oral feeding and social and educational support.

As a TG Associate, Joel utilises his rigorous knowledge of nursing standards and best practices to provide thorough and insightful reports both relating to Breach of Duty and Care, acceptable practice and risk management. He is fully trained in Civil Procedure Rules and continually expands and develops his clinical knowledge via a range of continuous professional development.

Bethany is an experienced senior clinical Nurse who has worked in both the NHS and private hospitals for over 30 years.

Such experience includes being fully proficient with both quality and regulatory structures throughout clinical areas including ICU, renal transplants, theatre recovery and anaesthetic pre-assessment wards.

She prepares reports for claimants and defendants and as a single joint expert in liability cases, relating to standards of nursing and care, acceptable practice and risk management.
