Kirsty is an accomplished Registered Mental Health Nurse and Senior Practitioner with over two decades of mental health nursing and assessing, at a senior level. Spanning both clinical and community settings, she is highly proficient in risk assessment, care planning, crisis management, safeguarding, child protection, suicide prevention, intervention and decision making.

Kirsty is equipped with an expert knowledge of The Mental Health Capacity Act, The Mental Health Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards

As a TG Associate, Kirsty prepares reports for claimants and defendants, both Care and Liability, relating to standards of mental health nursing, acceptable practice and risk management.

Bethany Bishop

RN

Bethany is an experienced senior clinical Nurse who has worked in both the NHS and private hospitals for over 30 years.

Such experience includes being fully proficient with both quality and regulatory structures throughout clinical areas including ICU, renal transplants, theatre recovery and anaesthetic pre-assessment wards.

She prepares reports for claimants and defendants and as a single joint expert in liability cases, relating to standards of nursing and care, acceptable practice and risk management.
