Linda Stewart

Linda is an accomplished expert witness who has given evidence in Court.

Linda has substantial experience of dealing with catastrophically injured people often with complex and multiple needs. Such experience includes those suffering from acquired brain injury, mental health issues and all types of physical disability. She is an effective case manager having devised lifestyle plans for claimants aimed at maximising their rehabilitation potential.

Linda prepares Care, Aids and Equipment reports for both claimants and defendants. She can also report on Liability, Breach of Duty relating to standards of mental health nursing and care, acceptable practice and risk management.

Linda left her post as Director of Acute Mental Health Services in the NHS in 2011 where she was responsible for providing strategic and operational planning management.

Prior to this Linda held several successful senior nurse and Director level clinical posts encompassing general and mental health nursing where her experience has included the resettlement of people with acquired brain injury and challenging behaviours from the acute hospital setting into the community.

Bethany Bishop

RN

Bethany is an experienced senior clinical Nurse who has worked in both the NHS and private hospitals for over 30 years.

Such experience includes being fully proficient with both quality and regulatory structures throughout clinical areas including ICU, renal transplants, theatre recovery and anaesthetic pre-assessment wards.

She prepares reports for claimants and defendants and as a single joint expert in liability cases, relating to standards of nursing and care, acceptable practice and risk management.
