Nic is a highly successful Senior Nurse with over three decades of experience across acute, mental health and community settings. Having extensive clinical leadership and assessment knowledge, Nic  is a specialist within the field of Accident and Emergency and Critical Care Services.

Equipped with expertise in areas, including disability, vulnerability, service management, nursing practice and policy development, Nic’s career has spanned a diverse range of clinical settings. This experience enables Nic to provide authoritative insight on nursing proficiency levels regarding tissue viability, wound care, fall risks, safer handling, intravenous cannulation, venepuncture, medication administration, catheterisation and with failure to refer.  During his experience within major trauma settings, Nic has provided nursing care to individuals with life changing injuries, including coordinating care and rehabilitation requirements.

An experienced Workplace Mediator and Trust Investigator, Nic has led a variety of investigations regarding serious incidents and route cause analysis.

As a TG Associate, Nic undertakes Liability Reports for both claimants and defendants regarding standards of nursing and care, acceptable practice, and risk management.
