Tina is a highly experienced and adaptable Registered General Nurse, Registered Sick Children’s Nurse and is a specialist, qualified Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse.

She has more than 35 years nursing experience, paediatric and general experience, senior clinical, managerial and operational roles including Paediatric and Neonatal Matron/Deputy General Manager/ General Manager.

Tina has a wealth of experience as an Expert Witness and is frequently instructed on catastrophic injury cases, including those involving general orthopaedics, amputations, and challenging behaviours. She has worked alongside Pain Management Teams.

Having collaborated extensively with health and social care teams, social workers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and speech and language therapists to lead delivery of holistic and impactful care, Tina is adept in assessment of the claimant’s needs, advising on appropriate Care, Aids and Equipment needs to maximise outcomes. Tina is highly proficient in safeguarding, emergency response, clinical governance, training, risk management, service development, resuscitation interventions including end of life care.

As a TG Associate, Tina leverages her extensive clinical expertise to provide authoritative specialist insight, producing thorough, clear, and objective Care, Aids and Equipment reports. She is fully trained in Civil Procedure Rules and engages in a variety of continuing professional development activities.

Bethany is an experienced senior clinical Nurse who has worked in both the NHS and private hospitals for over 30 years.

Such experience includes being fully proficient with both quality and regulatory structures throughout clinical areas including ICU, renal transplants, theatre recovery and anaesthetic pre-assessment wards.

She prepares reports for claimants and defendants and as a single joint expert in liability cases, relating to standards of nursing and care, acceptable practice and risk management.
