A well-earned step forward for a longstanding leader at Tessa Gough Associates — Kim Morris has been appointed Managing Director following more than a decade of dedication, insight and impact.
We’re pleased to announce the promotion of Kim Morris to Managing Director of Tessa Gough Associates.
Kim’s promotion recognises her outstanding contribution to the company over many years, and the leadership, dedication and professionalism she brings to every aspect of her work.
Kim ventured into the world of expert witness services in 2006, following a successful period in retail management where she was Operations Director at a national mobility company.
She first worked alongside Colin Beacock before joining Tessa Gough Associates in 2011, initially focusing on costing reports. Supported by Colin, Kim completed a degree in Business Management and Finance - an early reflection of her drive to develop professionally.
In 2018, Kim joined the business development team alongside Natalie Fraser, where her strategic thinking and deep understanding of the expert witness sector quickly became invaluable.
In 2020, she was the point of contact for staff and associates during the COVID-19 pandemic, and in October 2021, she became Clinical Operations Director. Working closely with Andy Moss, our Business Operations Director, Kim helped guide the business through a period of continued growth and operational development.
