I am a highly experienced Registered General Nurse with 15 years of acute, critical care, and primary care experience, specialising in complex clinical assessments. I have an extensive background in neurosurgical critical care, critical care outreach assessment, and community-based practice.
I have spent most of my career spent caring for people with life changing, extensive head/brain injuries.
More recently, I have developed skills and proficiency in primary care nursing, caring for individuals with long term conditions, specialising in type 2 diabetes, wound management, cervical smears and childhood vaccination and immunisation.
As a nurse educator, I am passionate in delivering evidence-based training and development with enthusiasm and passion.

I have been recognised for my attention to detail, clinical judgement, and the ability to work autonomously while maintaining high professional and ethical standards. I have a passion for evidence-based nursing care and being a role model for my peers.

I endeavor to provide the best holistic care to patients, leading by example. I am an enthusiastic learner, I know my limitations and I am constantly seeking opportunities to further my knowledge for the benefit of my practice.
