27 years as a fetal medicine sonographer at Kings College Hospital where I perform detailed anomaly and growth scans. The role also includes participation in research projects and contributing to the care of high-risk pregnancies.
15 years as a sonographer in a private ultrasound setting, performing early pregnancy scans, gender, 4d, fertility, well woman and growth scans providing reassurance and guidance and initiating referrals for onward management when abnormalities or concerns are detected.
Alongside my fetal medicine role, I work in a pregnancy advisory unit providing non-directive counselling and emotional support to women making informed decisions about their pregnancy. I've gained significant and broad experience over 40 years of working for the NHS.

I am an experienced midwife and ultrasonographer, currently working in a large tertiary referral fetal medicine centre. My experience spans over 35 years, across acute settings including high dependency units, birth centres and labour wards, working within the NHS.
