Occupational Therapy Experts

An Occupational Therapist is a healthcare professional who can work with individuals to enable them to develop, regain, or maintain their ability to perform everyday activities. The primary goal of an occupational therapist is to enable their clients to engage in meaningful and purposeful activities that promote independence, improve quality of life, and enhance overall well-being.

Our associates include a range of Occupational Therapists who collectively have decades of experience working within the NHS and the private sector, hospitals and community settings, providing the rehabilitation individuals require. Our Occupational Therapists provide, Care, Aids and Equipment reports for both claimants and defendants as a single or joint instruction, in cases of complex injury/disability often where there is a range of different needs.

General Nurses/RGN Experts

 Our nurses, both general and prescribing have a breadth of experience, which includes working within different heath care settings, roles and environments.

We have a number of registered nurses, each with a relevant health or social care qualification and registration with the appropriate professional body, who have an extensive range of disciplines across all care providers and settings, alongside external agencies and multi-disciplinary teams.

Our Associates provide Care, Aids and Equipment and Liability reports again for both claimants and defendants as a single or joint instruction, reporting on standards of nursing care, costs of past, present and future care needs, aids and equipment, acceptable practice and risk management.  

Mental Health Experts

A Mental Health Nurse provides care and support to individuals who are experiencing difficulties with their mental health. Mental Health Nurses play a crucial role in assessing and treating patients and our TG experts specialise in the support and rehabilitation of those with mental health conditions, such as, depression, anxiety, bipolar and personality disorders, post-traumatic stress, and learning disabilities, such as Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD and ADD). Our mental health experts are highly proficient in challenging areas such as working with vulnerable children, sex workers, sex offenders and asylum seekers.

Our Mental Health Experts have extensive knowledge of The Mental Health Capacity Act, The Mental Health Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.

Bethany Bishop

RN

Bethany is an experienced senior clinical Nurse who has worked in both the NHS and private hospitals for over 30 years.

Such experience includes being fully proficient with both quality and regulatory structures throughout clinical areas including ICU, renal transplants, theatre recovery and anaesthetic pre-assessment wards.

She prepares reports for claimants and defendants and as a single joint expert in liability cases, relating to standards of nursing and care, acceptable practice and risk management.
