Training is a crucial part of our own organisational culture and we continually develop our people so in turn we welcome the opportunity to assist in your training and development needs.
Develop a better understanding
Our “in house” training offers your team and fee earners the opportunity to develop a better understanding of the intricacies of a care report and why at TG Associates we provide such detailed, in-depth and quality reports. All of our training and presentation can be credited towards CPD points.
A member of the management team, accompanied by a senior associate, can demonstrate the value of our reporting services (by means of a case study) in Care or Liability, giving you a greater understanding of the work we undertake and the benefit our reports provide and what they achieve.
Furthermore, our forensically based presentation considers the different aspects of care, and includes areas such as agency versus direct employment costs. The use of aids and equipment demonstrates how care costs can often be reduced in respect of future care costing, when maintaining independence.
